Blitzsafe use for other than iPod?

Searched and searched ... I cant find anthing about anyone hooking a regular mp3 player up to the stock unit on a 99-01 TL .. anyone tried and been successful?

the blitzsafe device is used to hook up just about any Auxillary input, so other MP3 players and what not should work, if i am not mistaken
