best first upgrade

best first upgrade

hey i have about $250 to spend on my audio system and i have not researched anything about the audio system on the tl and i was looking for opinions on upgrades i could buy with that money that i could install myself?

For that amount you are pretty limited. You could upgrade the front speakers with a nice set of components or you could add a powered sub like the Infinity Basslink or maybe an amplified Bazooka Tube. If you really bargain shopped, maybe even buying used, you could buy a sub and an amp. Kicker CompVr and maybe a JBL 600.1. Just throwing that out there. There would still be costs involved in tapping the factory head unit for the amp or bypassing the eq for new speakers.

ic ic thankyou is there any way to bypass the equalizer for just the front speakers or are they arranged in left first pairs?

That I am not sure on. I replaced the head unit so, I am not clear on how the eq bypass works.

i shud probably just save up more money and replace all 4 speaker then be able to bypass the equalizer entirely
