Basslink Location/etc

I did a couple of searches on where the basslink was mounted...has anyone found one spot to be better than another? Also, how bad does the trunk rattle with the basslink installed? Thanks.

My trunk only rattles a little. Not enough for me to care about. Either facing the rear of teh car, or in a corner will give you the best bass response. However the trunk is a closed space so you will get good bass out of any location. Your best bet would be to have some longer wires so you can position it around in your trunk & decide what sounds best.

Well that is good to hear, I really don't want any rattle. I was thinking I might have to put some dynamat behind the license plate, if anything.

Just use two small pieces of double sided tape if your license plate rattles. Worked for me.
