hey guys.. this is my first post but ive been on the forum for a while.. all your info's been really helpful!!.. i just got an '03 CL after having a '99 CL.. kinda miss that car.. but i was wondering if anyone could help me out.. im trying to put a bass link in the car.. will it be a much better and bigger difference than putting in normal subs? id really appreciate the info

Basslink does make a good difference.... it's NOT like a regular 10 0r 12 in though.....

The advantage is 1.) it's much cheaper (should find new ones for
$215-240 all over the net) & 2.) the ease of installation

Good luck!! (there's pics of my Basslink on the link in my sig)... also, I would highly recommended getting the remote for in the car... for an extra $25 it's well worth it...

you guys happy with the sound? it doesnt rattle or anything ghetto like that does it?

 

I purchased the remote, as well. I cut the circuit board down on the back of the knob and mounted it in the "spare" switch location on the dash (left side of steering wheel). In other words, all you see is the knob, sticking out of that location. It looks very clean, and all I have to do to return the car to normal is buy another "plug" for that location.
