Anyone have a Neuros?

I am considering buying a Neuros 20 gb.
Does anyone here have one? After reading numerous reviews and looking at the specs, it appears this thing blows away
everything else.

I'm also curious about the MyFi technology. That alone is a selling point for me, but does it work well?

I do.

Short review (I'll post more later when i get home):

It's bigger than the iPod series, has FM broadcasting (it does work well enough, although for my car I have put in a Aux-in), and it very easy to use.

Mine is in the shop to be upgrade to USB 2.0.

The only thing I don't like about it is the Neuros Sync Manager software. It's a bit buggy and does some odd thigns sometimes. But, there are two freeware alternatives, the best being Neuros Database Manager (see SourceForge.net for a download) that does what I want.

So, if you can live with the size, but like the cheap price and FM broadcasting, it's for you.

However, you may want to check out some of the newer alternatives. Check out some of the older-gen iPods and the Rio Karma.

You have the AUX in as well, but have you used the MyFi in the car? If so, is the sound the same? Having no wires appeals to me, but I wonder if the sound quility is the same as a hardwire to the AUX.

Yes, I have used the MyFi. The sound quality is not the same. Essentially you are reducing the "near-CD" fidelity to FM broadcasting quality. Occasionally under power lines, etc. you can get interference. But, on the whole it works. I've used it in my friend's Jeep Cherokee when we go on road trips and it does just fine.
