i'm getting a basslink soon but dont really wanna pay ABT 500$ when i can buy one much cheaper and get it installed at a stereo shop... can anyone tell me a good stereo/sound shop i can go to.. i get real paranoid doing anything to my car in places im not familiar with.. i always end up getting ripped off! :'(

You guys can try Sound Experience in Schamburg. They do good work, and pretty well priced. Not sure if they carry the basslink, but im sure they can install it for you.

I dont have anything in my car now. My TLS is back to stock since im trading it in for the 330ci. But i had 2 12" a/d/s subs with a dei1100d amp to it. With Focal Utopia 165w componments with a PG tantrum amp.

Sounded bad ass. Im selling the subs and amp if you are interested.

 

I'm looking for the same kind of info. My birthday is coming up and I've let the CFO, I mean my wife know I want a 4-channel amp. She would prefer to buy me clothes, but she knows I'd rather have some quality sounding tunes for my car. Besides the amp, I'm going to change out the speakers, but I'm leaving the stock head unit.
