Any way to turn on your fogs without having to turn on your HID...

Thought this could be an easier alternative to Daytime running lihgts?

I know that the '99-'03 TL owners could wire up their fogs to come on with the parking lights. I'm not sure how much trouble it was though. I would like to have my fogs on without the headlights too.

Do the European cars work the same as the American cars ?- if not maybe the switch assembly can be changed. Easy swap.
