amps under seat?

Is it possible to fit jl 300/4 (13.4x9.24x2.36) and 500/1 (13.4x9.24x2.36) under the front seats? I haven't bought the tls yet so I can't check.

no. Unfortunately there is no room under either front seat. Everything's gotta go back in the trunk.
