Amp question, Can this Work

Wasup Guys;

I need some verification..

Can this amp JL 500/5 work if I have the following:

2 Front Door Speakers
2 Rear Door Speaker
1 Subwoofer

I think it would, but need some help.

Are you running the Amp from the stock head unit or an aftermarket HU?
