amp problem

amp problem
i noticed the other night i was driving and wasnt getting any bass.. so i checked out what was wrong and i noticed my ground wire got pulled out of the amp.. i put everything back together got a little spark and i turn on the car im not getting any power.. i checked all my connections and everythings good.. my fuses are good too.. when i giggle the fuze in my power cable i get some power.. (my power light flickers) any idea whats wrong?
