Alarm problem with Keyless woes
So since i purchased my car 4 years ago, ive really never had any problems with it.....untill yesterday.........
My alarm is going off randomly. I beleve it is related to the keyless module in the car because my remotes respond about 25% of the time now.
I put a new battery in my remote 2 weeks ago, but it takes about 3 or 4 pushes of any button to get the car to unlock, lock or open the trunk with both remotes. Where is the keyless reciever in our cars? I have a suspision that something on it has gone bad.
The other problem that i am running into now is the alarm FLASHING my xenons
Today I parked it and removed the fuse from the relay that controls the xenons. This is soooo bad for my lights and i know they will burn out if i can't get it resolved soon.
What wire on the alarm module controls the headlights? I would idealy like to have just the parking lights flash when the alarm is triggered.
