'98 3.2TL Rear Speaker Install(How to?)

I just need to know how to install my new 6x9, I got some Fosgates that I need to put in but I can't figure out how to get the OEM grills or the back panel off!! I've gone underneath in the trunk and tried to unfasten all the plastic screws, but nothing will budge. Someone please let me know what's up?

basically there are three screws per grill that can be found in the trunk. Unscrew, and the grill pops off. Good Luck.
