4-10's ..tight bass or wack??

okay......this is the deal....i'm going to throw 4 10 inch subs in the back of the CL but i was wondering what you guys have exeprince with in terms of box design...sealed, ported..etc. Which one do you guys recommend? I want noticeable bass but at the same time some trunk space. Oh,i like 10's becuz i feel the bass tighter then 12's

it is your choice but is totally dependant on the woofers you go with, for example, you can not run Boston subwoofers in anything but sealed enclosures, per the manufacture, and Rockford Fosgate always recommends ported, i have done dozens of systems, and the manufactures always listed a recommended enclosure and airspace, that is the way to do it. I have two Xtant 12" x series subs, in a sealed enclosure, because of the airspace given i get the best of both worlds, the manufacture gives three listings, for boominess, tightness and in between, so i went in between
