2005TL can u switch the factory unit for a factory navi unit

hey does anybody knows if u can switch the factory unit out of a 2005TL and put in a factory navi unit

I believe its possible, but it is more cost effective to do and aftermarket system, I was going to go this route but went to a Alpine system instead, I'll try to posts pics as soon as I can.

Just saw your post and I'm thinking about putting the factory NAVI unit into my 06 TL also. The factory has an amazing voice control option thats worth the upgrade!
