2002 tl headunit fit on 99?

would a 6 disc cd changer stereo head unit from a 2002 TL fit on a 1999 TL?

I am assuming this will fit, just simply swap out stereos???

I think so, but he wants an '02 model because of the in-dash 6 disc changer...

just if you guys wanted to buy this, some guy is selling it on ebay...current bid at this time is 90 bucks
