2001 CLS and Avincar speaker upgrade question
Hi -
I bought the Avincar speaker upgrade from eldude a few months back and now that it is spring, I'm finally going to install it.
Has anyone used XTC Foam Baffles when installing either the front speakers (5.25) or the rears (6x9)? I've used them in the past and they work well for protecting the magnet but this time around, I'd like to make sure they won't affect the sound in a negative way. Are they recommended for the Avincar speaker upgrade for the 01-03 CL-S?
I'm taking the door panels off ONE TIME, so I want to maximize my install
. I'm also adding some Cascade VMAX, but that's beside the point!
