I blew one of my speakers which will be replaced under warranty. But how long before I blow another one...so I'm in the early phase of my homework. So fare Alpine Type R speakers have been recommended.

Seperates in the front doors, but instead of having 5.25 in the back doors and rear deck the guy recommended seperates in the rear as well, with the drivers being in the door and the tweeters where the rear deck 5.25 are now.

Kicker 8" was recommended for the back which would be enclosed in a box they would build under the rear deck. Off to the side would be the Nav countersunk into the same enclosure.

Alpine amp to run the whole setup or two amps. One for the Sub and one for the rest of the speakers.

I don't want to loose a lot of trunk space for a box. That's why it would be built under the rear deck. I'm assuming they would built it the whole legth accross for build strength.

Opinions ideas please.
