02TL-S with Zenesis-302 2way?

Hey everyone, im new to acurazine and im having my dealer/friend install a zenesis alarm system(ZN-302) on my TL. I already asked him about this brand and says he prefers it to any other alarm system he installs. So im asking what do you guys think about this brand(especially for the ones who have it), and if not what would you guys prefer instead? Thank you.

I have never heard of that brand before. So I did a quick search on the insider forum to see what other shops thought of it. Well a lot of them had quite a few issues with reliability and all had major customer service issues with them. So I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I personally prefer Compustar. We sell them at work and I don't think we have ever had a bad unit. And their customer service is great. DEI also makes some great alarms with some nifty features. I do like the look of their remotes. But as an installer I hate the design of the alarm brains. They aren't very well designed which leads to a clunky installation. The Compustar brains are a MUCH better design and are easier to install because of it.

thanks for the reply, ill take look into compustar/DEI. My main concerns are the problems that might occur as you pointed out, so im going to take comp/DEI as my second option for now.
