I usually cardio for 20 minutes of 2 minutes fast walk and 2 minutes of intense run...

But, never tried to push beyond the 20...

Say, I know people have asked why there is no RSX forum here...but, why is there no MDX or EL forum? Just curious. Robb?

30 minutes on an elliptical machine. Probably could go a little longer but i stop myself there.

But I've been getting so much work lately I haven't made it ot the gym except for one day in over a month. So, my endurance and stamina have dropped im sure.

Last I think about is going to the gym after 12-13 hour days on set. But I get a good workout on set too, alway slifting shit, running around, always on my feet burning calories.

Remember to balance that with a good diet.

agreed Sarlacc, i work from home, so the ride i do every day, is my time out of the environment. I make sure to go out every day, if the weather sucks, i ride 30mins on my indoor training rig. If i were working away from home and long hours, the only way i'd ride would be if i could commute that way. otherwise i never would.

Yum, that's a good cardio workout that you do also, i can't do running, my knees and ankles get too sore.

Thanks, Robb...have you tried the eliptical machine? Those are better for the knees, right?

MDX is one that we have discussed adding, and we will likely do it sometime in the near future.
EL, is Canadian only, and they already had their own site, so it's not even one we've considered in the past.

Yeah, you NEED to get out of the house if you work there. I know I start to go stir crazy. Back last Dec/Jan when I wasnt working I about went nuts. I only had the gym everyday to take solace in. Im much smarter now. when I'm not work have projects, take pcitures, see my girl.

Its a total mental health thing, I agree with you on that.

yeah, we have an elip here in the building, it's def better on the joints, but i don't really care for the motion on it either heh. It makes my back ache, whereas cycling surprisingly doesn't make it hurt. (at least not in the area i have broken it)

Well, hey...the key is that you're moving. Good for you.

Although, with a car like that...why bike?

no way Yum. they are the highest priced sports bikes.

I'd go with a Suzuki GSX-R over an R6 anyday.

The Zx6RR is awesome, the ZX6-R is not bad, a bit heavy but they always have the best engine package...

Jatt, stay Suzuki!
I had an R6 for 3 weeks, i hated it, got rid of it as quickly as i could.

Ah. The key is to goad them little by little. You need to watch how AD does it. That way, you can drag it out for pages and threads.

Nice to know!

So, you'd rank them as Suzuki > Kawasaki > Honda > Ducatti...?
