Welcome to the forums.
You can't send or receive PM's until you get 1 post and have at least 3 days in the forum. When you get your 1st post, and it's at least your 3rd day here, give the computer time to update, then check your profile under "Contact Info" and it should say "Send a private message to (your user name)", and then you can do PM's.
If you haven't heard from astro, you can send him a PM when you're able.
