The off topic guys would have a blast with this for a few days....

Basically what it does is when you type [YOU] in the title or text of a post....changes it to the user that is reading the post's screen name.

So....if you typed "I cant believe what [YOU] did...you are never going to get away with that around here! and Astro was logged in reading the post....it would put ASTRO where the [YOU] tag was listed. (just an example)

It really grabs your attention as everybody thinks they are talking about them specifically...when in fact...its just a generic tag.




Another kind of "off" suggestion....but I bet the guys in off topic would have a blast with it. Just an idea.

Yeah, while this may spark some "fun" in OT, I would be REALLY surprised if Robb/Ron/etc brought this one in.

While the "normal" (and I use that term VERY loosely - see post above ) OTer's would get it and have fun, anyone new to AZ would get kinda screwed up with it. And esp now that this is a true business for those guys, I just can't see it happening.
