i've noticed there's quite a few people from Yonkers and the Bronx on this board......we should have a mini-meet some time like maybe on Central Ave....what ya think????

 

I'm down diggity. 15 min away from nathans.. it seems like thats where all the bike and auto meets are. Come on YO & BX, represent.

 

gotta bump this one. Yonkers, don't sell out. I'm dying to see everyone's rides. Even if you don't have a CL. I'll probably have my HKS exhaust on by the time of the meet, she's in the mail right now...

 

I'm in NY right now for the next three weeks. My CL is still in AZ but I got the Jeep or Alero. And can steal one of my dads cars if he isn't home and they are hahahah. Let me know

 

once a few more peeps reply, we'll figure out when and where to hold it at. I would like to have it after the holidays. Its gonna be hectic on central ave. we'll figure something out as the roster builds up...

 

I'm here for about a month too for winter break. I'll have my 16" winter tires on, but I'm down to meet. Cops kick people out of Nathan's these days and if they're feeling like assholes they'll ticket you for loitering. But I haven't been there in a while..maybe it's calmed down a bit. Anyhow..lemme know the date and I'm down. I live near S. Broadway on the Bronx side.

Its lookin good, now we need a definite date and spot. Its probably best to do it on a sunday after the holidays, if thats good for everybody. mid day, around 3:00 in a public parking lot on central ave. everybody give your suggestions and post your emails so i can email you guys from the thread when its settled. this is awesome that it is actually coming together......just hope the weather holds up.....i was on central ave tonight.....i saw a civis si and a wrx go at it, but i didn't catch the end of the race hada get off my exit.....keep me posted...i'm def down for a meet

 

I raced a cat in a hooked up focus on central. It was so funny. I even waved him to start before me, then I caught up and had to roll next to him just to fuck with him. his car was makin so much noise, chirping in second and all.
