huy you should make a list of what people are bringing and you shuold contact people personally to know what they are bringing. we dont want too much of one thing and not the other. once you have a list of what you have enough of already. tell me what you need and ill get them. i can bring as much as you want.

lol...I don't think it's a good idea to make a list, just let people bring whatever they think is needed, since commitment is hard
lol...If there's extras, they can just take it home and finish it later...
This is from MANY camping/potluck planning experience...if we rely on someone to bring something (like plates...) and they somehow 4got or can't make it, then we won't have the needed things...But everyone def needs to put next to their names what they think they'll bring...just make it easier for planners...
Now about the meet/cruise/photoshoot, we def need to find another place for photoshoot. I think the Chino Hills route that TL_CHROMATIDE and i went to is a really fun cruise, worse to worse, we can just take a picture somewhere here (@ the BBQ) and then cruise there...i think this would be better because after cruising around our cars will be dirty and nobody wants the car to be dirty for a photoshoot ...
...If anyone else has another route that is good for cruising/photoshooting and need help w/ recon, contact me...

Looks like we still need: charcoals, hotdogs, buns, cake, cookies, portable BBQ grill, napkins, utensils, etc.
As for the cruise, I still think Angeles Crest is the best place to cruise with good place for pics; however, it's a little far for some.
