So-Cal Surf Cruise ~April 18, 2009~
alright so we totally needed a cruise yesterday at the so-cal irvine meet...
lets plan the pch with a starting point near malibu or santa monica, then end somewhere like an hour away with a place to eat
i know most of you guys are fat asses...
sun or over cast the beach is always a great place to cruise...
im thinkin the first saturday in april?

im pretty sure it'll be a day cruise but who ever wants can stay til night... im not that far from santa monica... like 20 mins... i wanna use santa monica as a starting point and cruise north past point dume and zuma to a spot to eat.... anyone know of anyspot? is neptunes net still around? thats where they ate in fast n furious 1... its famous any ideas?

I think we should have two intermediate meeting points, one for us further north, and one for you guys further south (Irvine/OC). For example, North peeps can meet somewhere in the valley, and cruise down to PCH, and meet at a midpoint, say Santa Monica. You guys down South can meet somewhere in Irvine and cruise up PCH to Santa Monica. We'll meet somewhere by the Pier, and then do some shoots there and go grab some food at 3rd street.
Afterward we can go for a cruise, or everyone can part their ways. That way it doesn't leave one group having to go all the way back up or the other group going all the way back down.
If you guys want, we can assign one coordinator for North, and one for the South. All together we can vote on what to do when we meet in the middle. I realize Santa Monica may not be the exact middle, but I think it provides a very large lot, and other festivities to do besides just cars.
Afterward we can go for a cruise, or everyone can part their ways. That way it doesn't leave one group having to go all the way back up or the other group going all the way back down.

im down for that, but u southerners dont like to drive or what? also.... what about when we do meet up? where we goin to cruise to? if we just meet up then that defeats the purpose of the cruise.

i think the southerners should meet @ the same place we met up right before the caravan on the previous meet (Metrolink station @ buena park) i think most of us met their anyways..
