We will be having a mega meet for acurazine in daytona beach florida at frand rendon park (right next to the shores on the beach). We will all first meet up in the volusia mall parking lot by macys.

Guys, still working on seeing if i can get some of you a room for the night. How much would you like to pay for the night? THe specs on the rooms are 2 bedrooms ( 1 with queen bed, other with 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, some dishes, with parking. I might be able to get 120 - 150 for one apt per night. just need a rough estimate of how many people will stay. 20, 30?

Want To Go Go-kart Racing? A Place Near My House Has Like 30 Carts That Run On A Track, Tickets Are 5 Dollars A Piece Per Run, 1 Run Is 4 Laps Around The Track And The Track Is Somewhat Large (about Twice The Size Of Lil 500). There Are No Oil Slicks, But There Is A Few Good Turns.

Well so far 2:00 is winning for us to eat. If so, then what time are we actually going to be all there and have the meet? I mean it would be nice if we had time to walk around, enjoy everyones car and maybe carry conversations? Seems like 2:00 you would have no time to do anything. Realisticly, not everyone will even be there by 2:00

 

If 2:00 wins, then we will all meet up at the volusia Mall Parking lot @ 2:00and then drive over to the beach together. Yes you are I think most people are choosing 2:00 so we will have more time for the meet. But you are right about people not showing up due to either work or traffic. If so, then we can wait until atleast 75% show up, then just leave some ddirections or somoething at a store nearby for them to pick up.

Not only would we rule the streets with our rides. But, a little spirited competiton between us would make it even more memorable. Definitely up for hitting the beach too.

I definitely think we should try to be mindful of the time so that we can get as many people as possible. But, I definitely think we should leave enough time for us all to hang out. People can always join as their schedules permit.

 

we will, this time we will also make sure that over half the meet makes it to the go-kart place as well. This time we will also manage our time better so with can do the photoshoot, enjoy at the beach, grab someting to eat and then party at the go-kart place.
