Northern NJ GTG
Hey Guys,
This is officially a VW/Audi GTG but, there has been a really nice showing of Acuras, BMW, MB, etc... showing up lately. The VW/Audi guys are really cool about it and have a "the more the merrier" mentality. I thought I'd post this if anyone was interested in joining me. PM me if you have any questions.

thats awesome i might have to get up there this wednesday, looks like they get a good turnout from seein the pics! Post this on a-cl or a-world and the lot should end up packed-

I go every Wednesday so I'll definitely be there. Please keep in mind that this is a VW/Audi meet and to respect that, please do NOT come racing up the ramps and blasting the radio! Security is very very tight and if we get everyone kicked out, your gonna piss a lot of people off. There is usually on average about 50 or so cars.

Just like the otrhers said, i wont be available this week, but maybe the next, and BlackShadow, meeting up then going there is a great idea, it will be like an invasion, lol jk. but the idea works for me!

Looks like next week will be the big gtg. I'll still be there on Wednesday, there's guys there from a-world too. Let me know where you guys are meeting up. I'll try to get there and roll up with you guys.

I certainly hope everyone attends next week because NO ONE came this week!! BMW took the show with 1 Ferrari! I'll have pics up tomorrow but I was very disappointed that not 1 Acura was there, except for mine. I'm going to register for A-World and A-CL tomorrow so I can post there and hopefully Acura will take over. The BMW forum had this posted for 1 week and they had about 20 cars there tonight. Stay tuned for pics.

I'm definitely going, I've been going for a while now. I'll be there around 8:30ish. If you guys meet up somewhere, let me know and I'll try to get there.

I don't know the area at all. I don't even know how to get to short hills, I've been following my friend the last few times. Maybe I should have been paying attention. We'll meet up next week with the rest of the guys. This week, just meet me on the roof. Look for my silver TL.

Well for all of you who did or did not go tonight, you realized there was no one on the roof of the deck. The cops came around 9ish and threatened to hand out summons. Diamond Type-S and Mr. , glad you found us in the end.
, do you have different headlights or different bulbs? Why were yours so much brighter then Diamonds?
I'm not sure where everyone is going to meet next week but I'll have it posted when I find out. I think we're going to try Short Hills and wait until they kick us out again.

They are stock bulbs... Mine are so much brighter because they are aimed higher... Easy little mod.. That way when your on the highway there is no need to use your high beams people move out of the way...

yeah for one - mine are not even close to being aligned right, after i put them back in i didnt bother to adjust the height and right now their both probably pointing at the ground - lol - i'm going to get around to that soon so they can be right other peoples faces.

As far as I know it's going to be at short hills again on the roof of the Nordstram parking deck. I won't be able to make it tonight. I think tonight might be a good night to miss too. It's supposed to rain and it's going to be the first gtg after the cops showed up. I'll go next week depending on how security takes us being up there. Let me know how it goes.

It's a good thing no one went. Apparently the cops showing up last week was enough to scare everyone away. There was a few VW guys that went but they called my friend to say no one was on the roof. I guess they found a new place to meet.

Alright guys,
The GTG is a GO. Its still happending at Short Hills. A friend of mine told me that there is going to be a SpeedLogic camera crew there this week!!!!!
The secondary spot is going to be at the Tutor Time on JFK Parkway in the same town. In case you dont know where it is...
