Yeah I am from Charoltte myself but I have never been to a meet down there.
I have only had my TL for 4 months so I have not been to any functions.

We should have one at the beach! I was in Beaufort for the Tall Ships festival, and it was beautiful (even though everyone was royally pissed at the wait). I am going back this week to scout out good photo locations . . . I'd love to get a pic of TilLy with a ocean view sunrise or sunset in the background.

Huh? There was ONE meet in Charlotte, almost two years ago! There is rarely anything in here about a Charlotte or NC meet, and when there is, it usually dies because no one will commit to going and/or on a date/time. Sad thing about that is, there are quite a few members in NC...in theory, we could have a pretty sizeable meet.

BUT there are a few upcoming events in 2007 at VIR, i think a time attack event in July (this month), and GT LIVE will return later in October i believe.

I'm actually not around campus anymore I graduated last year and have moved up to North Raleigh, but will keep an eye out for you on 440 maybe or capital (if you go to wake forest that way) I'm always on capital.

Yeah it needs to be a freeway like they've talked about for years. Of course they'll just wait til it costs 20x what it would cost to do now.

The traffic is a little better now though with the sync they did to the lights a year or so ago...

I usually take Capital to 401 and take it the rest of the way up, but I'm worried now that Wake Tech North Campus opens in August that 401 will be flooded with students driving like idiots.

Don't know if you'll be able to avoid all the idiots on Capital, there are to many of them. Capital sucks all the time!! It would be nice to meet up sometime if you have done any mods or would like to talk about some. I've done some...but not many, trying to get some ideas for more though

nope there are actually a good # of tsx'ers from jacksonville. Look on the spotted section alot of people from there.

I work in Greensboro If your downtown at all you will see me on occasion. Its a 99 CL 3.0 Milano Red no mod's........yet. would definitely meet if one was ever to be held here.

We definitely need to have another meet.... my poor ol 2000 TL-p got schooled... haha. But it needed to be retired and now i'll be able to keep up with you chill dog. If you guys wanna come down to the the better state (South of you) come on down. Beaufort is a nice little town, Isle of Palms is nice too, out on the Ocean or we could cruise Myrtle Beach.
