Hey ryebread, can you add your first name behind your screenname? And don't worry if your car is not looking good. Enter it anyway to support a good cause. Mine is full of nicks, but I am entering anyway.

^I agree with Dave...when i entered my last carshow (and only), my car was not flawless. It's a daily driver...there is always gonna be something that could use some work. But I still won first in class. I didn't enter it the next year, but I was told by a friend of mine that was judging, if I showed up, I more than likely would have gotten it again. So our cars don't have to be perfect. Mine is far from it....I just wanna hang out and check out some cars! Car "porn" as I call it.

BTW Mike, I handed out those fliers today at that car show. Just wish I would have had more. There is a lot of interest, as some people are just getting into "showing" their cars. And as I said, this show is listed in the link that I pasted below under SHOWS/VIEW ALL SHOWS.

Trust me when I say there are alot of shows on here if anyone is wanting to enter more of them.

Just an FYI.. anyone not doing the skyline meet on June 28th can join us for a quick meet at the Children's House of Hope Car Show at the border station VA/NC border HWY 168. More info is in my signature below.
Hope we can have at least a few guys there to represent.
Later!
Mike

If we all just enter, we have a better chance to win. And who knows, maybe one of us will take top honors singlely as well. BUT THE MAIN POINT WAS TO SUPPORT A GOOD CAUSE.
(although, i do have an appreciation for flawless cars )

Hey Aaron, nice seeing you the other day. The car looks sick. I was out with my girls dad picking some stuff up for work or I would have chatted a little more. Sorry to hear about the incident, it happens to all of us. I know I've done worse to my car.

But seriously, y'all need to stop so that our cars are tip top for the shows!!! LOL! JK
Adrian, I know how you feel. I didn't not get any paint rub but it is quite embarrassing. Did not happen recently but you know what I mean. Tapped it with my license plate in the front. No damage to mine or his, not even cracked paint, just embarrassed. Are you sure you cannot buff it out with some wax?

The funny part was that the other car only had a scratch that could get buffed out. I still can't believe I did that; as cautions as I am.
I have alot of respect for that
It will all work out in the end
