To all of Galveston, Houston, and sorrounding areas. Acura meet going down in G-Town: Sunday, July 27th. Exact time and location still to be determined. Lets get a list going.

That's the Sunday I get back from London/Paris so I'm not sure if I'll be off or not. I'll find a few good things for ya'll to do regardless.
If I remember correctly, we want to do things inside this time. Let me think of a few and I’ll post them up later.

ok first suggestion is :
Float... It's a (small) Pool Bar, no food,right on the beach... parking sucks
(this is where I hang out during the summer)

both are on the seawall (the road on the beach) so parking might be an issue.
Woody's... out on 3005 (if you have been to galveston, 3005 is the seawall after there is no seawall, also known as the west end)
IMHO it would be great. It's next to the beach, it's a bar, there is music and there is a burger place across the street. LOTS OF PARKING
Galveston is small. the first 2 of these places are blocks from eachother and woody's is mabye 8 miles west.
let me know what you think about those 3, or if we should try something cheeper (IE bring our own food and drink to a park, but no shade) we could always do something at one of the beachs, or downtown on the strand

We know it's gonna be on a Sunday, but around what time sounds good to everybody? The exact date and location will be posted up soon. There will be a cruise down the seawall and we should have a spot picked out for a photo shoot.

Seems like some of us can't make it that weekend. We might have to bump the date up another week or two. That way, we can get more people to go. Is that cool with everybody? Maybe 8/3 or 8/10?

But I'm in Houston and I'd be down. 
So what date did everyone decide?
I'll keep checking back to make sure I meet up. 10 TL's driving down the seawall would be awesome.

Unless there are any objections, looks like 8/3/08 will be the date. All ages welcome. I'll be going down there Sunday to check out the spots and have some drinks while I'm there. Don't mind if anybody wants to join.
