I just called the reservation center to make sure the date was available for our park, and it is.

it's a $75+7=$82 fee to reserve the park for that date.

So how do you guys want to go about collecting that fee?

It needs to be paid NOW to get the reservation before the park is booked. We can't wait until the last minute otherwise we don't have a BBQ place.

There are more than enough people signed up where if everybody paid $1, then it's paid for

That's a good idea. If you don't collect now, you might not get it later... Who has a paypal account that's not Premier??? They charge 3% and subtract an additional 30 cents.

This happened to me ever since I started selling stuff on the web. Always a good idea to account for it if you want the amount sold it for.

Maybe we just ask everybody here to randomly donate a couple dollars via paypal, and post how much they gave. Then when most people have sent something, we'll hit the $82 for the park fee and I'll make the reservation.

there is no entrace to the park. It's just a large block, grass, picnic area, basketball, ect.
