We are doing headcount of everyone there on Sat, so if you are not and your name is on the list, we will all hunt you down. But seriously, please be considerate and help us keep this list accurate!! This is what is being brought so far, plus the amount of people who said they were bringing it:
There are more than enough chips coming. We could use more hotdogs+buns.
Plates are also important. I think 2-3 100 packs of those thin paper plates would be perfect. There are some

forks/spoons, but no knives.
One person is bringing charcoal, but I don't know how much. the bbq pit is pretty big, so we'll need a good amount of charcoal.

Like last year, we will probably stop at Gaviota Northbound rest stop (only rest area on the way up) for restroom and stretching. Here is the location on the map:

It's about 101miles starting at the 818 Caravan location. So everyone keep this location in mind and stop there if you need to go to restroom and stuffs.

Like last year, we will probably stop at Gaviota Northbound rest stop (only rest area on the way up) for restroom and stretching. Here is the location on the map:

so, who is actually in charge of the two caravans? :o

should have 1 person from each communicate with each other on where the caravan is so we can try to get them both to arrive at almost the same time.

years ago, our clubSI caravans arrived within a minute of each other. good times

years ago, our clubSI caravans arrived within a minute of each other. good times
at last years all cali meet, we stalled a bit for the socalers to catch up but we all ended up meeting at the same gas station right off the freeway

I'm thinking about bringing a platter of Jinza Teriyaki chicken, it's amazing stuff.

Downside.. it's $30 for a huge load of chicken. Anyone want to pitch in or what.

Let's get the food situation sorted out first. There are plenty of people that hasn't stated what they are bringing yet. I understand some are waiting until they get to the location to pick stuff up. Let's get a list of what else we would need to feed all the carnivores. That way we don't run out of meat/food. I'll be damn if I have to munch on chip when more chicken, beef, pork, etc can be had.

what sucks is, the people who are bringing stuff to share might not get to eat something else if the "leechers" eat it all up too quickly.

it's important for people who are not bringing anything to NOT EXPECT to eat. people aren't sharing specifically to feed those who aren't bringing anything... it's supposed to be for the group, and it's better if you help pitch in for that and become part of that group...

i'm bringing my own sandwich, chips, and gatorades.

thanks again to all those who donated towards the park permit fees for us to have a place to go.
