Alright, so I heard from a few people they want a meet in Richmond so that people from VA Beach and NoVA could come out with a decent amount of driving.



DATE:
I started this thread to start planning for it, I got a suggestion from madtraction39 to do it sometime right before Thanksgiving. This gives us Saturday 11/15, Sunday 11/16, Saturday 11/22, and Sunday 11/23. I think the 22nd and 23rd sound good but whatever day will yield the highest outcome is fine with me.

I guess meet up at around 12pm in Richmond?

LOCATION
I know a few people want to do some Go-Karting and there's a really good place here called G-Force where the Honda-Tech Mega meet was. They have a huge parking lot and a 1/4 go kart track which is supposed to be really good.

We could also do a bbq if you guys would like somewhere in a park or even just go out and eat and have a good time like we did in VA Beach a few months ago.

PHOTOSHOOT
If you guys want, I want for us to have a nice photo shoot. We had a fun time in VA Beach doing that but we'll try to get a few single vehicle shots as well.

it doesn't matter to me i can get either weekend off, but everyone who prefers a specific date, please put that date by your name, if it doesn't matter, then don't worry about it. We have a couple of people who prefer the 15/16 and a couple who prefer 22/23. If we make a decision soon, other people can probably get the chosen weekend off. Thanks
