Help. All my systems are off. All dash lights on

2021 TLX advanced tech. 13k miles. Took my car to get detailed everything was fine. He brings my car back around and literally every single light is on and all my systems from brakes to parking sensors are off. My middle screen in dim. Not even my locks work. What could this be.

Did they detail the engine bay? Maybe they damaged the main engine wiring harness? Regardless, the detailer should be liable for repairing your car; I know many detailers carry insurance for these things.

He claims he only detailed the inside of the car. And did not touch anything under the hood at all. It just doesn’t make any sense that my car was fine prior too. And he claims that even when he pulled it around everything was fine. I’ve gone to this guy many times before so it’s not like i think he’s shady but none of this makes sense to me at all.

It's seriously perplexing! I would take it to the dealer, especially since it's so new, and get it checked out. I wish I could be of more help, like I said it seems a main wiring harness issue is plausible, but it's also super baffling how it came out of the blue.

Try disconnecting the battery. Wait for 5 minutes. Reconnect the battery and wait for 2-3 minutes. Start up the car and let it idle for 2-3 minutes. Drive the car around the block for 10 - 15 minutes.
All your warning lights will go away slowly. This happen to me when I forgot to reconnect my MAF sensor plug.

Try that menthod.

Take to dealer for diagnostic. If it was proven to be negligence by the detailer, bring the report to the detailer and have them pay for your Acura diagnostic and repair.
