ok...this is very strange..my dash lights are no longer working....so its pitch black when i turn on my lights at night...very very... strange.. i checked all the fuses and none of them are blown...but if i don't turn my lights on everything works fine...any suggestions plz...i don't even kno where to start looking to try to fix this problem.....(dash light, clock light, lights on the shifter...)

 

Did you check to see that they did not get turned down or off with the switch on the dash?

 

my problem is that only the clock light is out

 

yes...i checked the dimmer already...i just don't wanna take it to the dealer and get charged a crap load of money for some easy fix...

 

Did you check the fuses on both the driver and passenger side ?

 

yes....i checked the fuses on both sides.. and under the hood...

 

i have the same problem too with my 01 cl-p. i believe it is the dimmer switch that is needed to be replaced. let me know if you have an update to "our" problem. hehe
