I recently got my car back from the body shop to have some work done on damage from a hit and run to the drivers side front bumper next to the wheel well, and the passenger side rear door. The car had been completely fine in the year of ownership up to this point.
The body shop called me to tell me my car was ready but it was acting weird. I got there and the dash was lit up and the car would not go into accessory mode. I didn't even have to put my foot on the brake to start the car. The problem persisted until morning, where it finally had gone away.
But that wasn't the end of it, it keeps sporadically coming back as I'm driving. It starts with the Brake Light coming on, alongside the Adaptive Cruise Control and Collision Avoidance Lights. About a minute later, the Traction Control Light comes on, followed by the Power Steering Light about a minute after that. The issue will persist until I turn the car off and let it sit for some amount of time. If I don't wait a bit, the car will refuse to go into accessory mode and just start with no foot on the brake, and the problem persists.
I took it back to the body shop multiple times and had them double check their work to ensure they didn't pull any connectors loose or break any wires. They claim that there are zero issues where they touched the car.
I followed this up by taking it to the dealer and showing them photos and videos of what is happening. They claim that the car is not throwing any codes or storing any codes, and because of this, there isn't anything wrong with the car and they can't fix it.
I'm at a loss at this point of what to do to get my car fixed. I have a fairly long distance drive to Florida coming up and I am absolutely terrified to drive my car with all these issues with the Safety and Drivers Assistance Features. Who's to say it wont just completely quit out on me while driving on the interstate?
Does anyone have any idea of what may be going on here? I have added the photos and videos to this post.
A little suspicious that it started happening after they repaired it. Only other thing that comes to mind is the battery, since it can cause weird issues like that if it's low. Maybe have it checked out.
This sounds like a battery grounding issue. Maybe ground wire(s) has come loose and therefore failing to maintain proper electrical contact to the vehicle metal body. Unfortunately there are so many grounding points throughout the vehicle that it may be difficult to pin point the exact location(s).

They did disconnect the battery before they used their stud guns to fix the dents. I don’t think the ground terminal is loose on the battery though, I can double check in the morning.
I had the battery tested a couple weeks ago thinking it may be low voltage, but the battery tested fine.

UPDATE:
No issues with the battery terminals. Taking it back into the dealer on Monday. Gonna have them check all the grounding points in the car. I don’t think I have many other options at this point but to bite the bullet there.
The dealership has had the car all day. They checked all the wiring and grounding points in the car and claim that they found nothing wrong.
They’re now asking me to pay $1000 for taking the time to check the wiring when my car is under warranty. I shouldn’t have to pay this right? They didn’t even fix my car!
The dealership has found the issue. For whatever reason, the battery has been testing as good. However, upon looking into it further, it turns out the battery was actually bad and needed to be replaced.
