Spare Tire for Type-S

After my recent pothole strike, I’m considering a spare tire purchase. What do you think? Here’s a possibility:

Thanks!

, Yes! as rare as it is to use I can't imagine owning a car without a temporary spare
IIRC thought Acura had a spare tire kit you could also get for the 2G TLX

My understanding is that the kits are different for the Type S vs the non-Type S.

A possible reason is because the bolting pattern on the 2 cars are slightly different IIRC.

https://modernspare.com/product/2021...e-kit-options/ Yes, this is how I'm going on my Type S...but, I don't like the fact it has to sit in the
trunk area inside it's cover, if you buy that option, which makes more sense. Currently, with the battery in the lower trunk, there is no option to put the spare down
below. Sucks! This spare is made to clear the larger brake calipers, etc. High quality wheel, AND tires. Have a choice. As others have said, I don't want to be out
"there" and the sidewall goes.....got to have a spare, NOT a damn pump and "glue kit!!" Since my Type S will not be a daily driver, but, just a fun car that I treat as if
it didn't have a back seat...and I won't really use the trunk for "hauling" much of anything. I have a new RDX for that.
