I really think I’m going to go Type S! I was behind a TLX Aspec at the car wash today, and what a striking car it is! I really like the taillights on it!

I do like my RDX, but I really think the TLX, especially the Type S is a better looking vehicle!

Have you gotten any offers for your RDX yet? I'm curious how good/bad used market is right now.

For the record, the fact is Bear reached out through another AZ member that he forgot his AZ password and could not log in. AZ admins sent emails to the address Bear had in his profile which bounced back every time.
If you ELIN want to imply and insinuate that "Story goes that he "forgot" his password and was conveniently never let back into AZ." that is something you made up and not true.
I already stated what happened to Bear before, if you don't wanna believe it fine, but you will also be called out for implying and making up false information.

If you are an impartial mod, then please go through the conversations that were had and see how much of it was instigated by me, starting with my comment on a missed opportunity by Acura.
Some members added nothing helpful to the discussion and instead took sniper shots at me in the hopes that I leave. Their behavior is quite odd because owners typically don't feel threatened enough (or insecure) to have to defend the product (the product should defend itself). The only folks that SHOULD have this mentality are folks actively working on Acura Damage Control.

I have been mostly trying to be helpful in this thread, especially since the OP (swttsx007) reached out to me in the past via PM.

Also, when has it been ok to call someone an a$$hole? I thought it was "attack the statement, not the person"?

Elin is the most "HELPFUL" member here....nothing but helping current and future owners.

BMW forum? Does one exist? Even if it does, why anyone would go there. Most BMW owners are at the mechanic fixing cars

I have 11 months to go with my TLX Tech and going to go with a Type S next time. Meanwhile, I'll play with my garage queen that I keep only for sunny days and really not telling anyone about this car as it's my one great pleasure.

FK8s are something else! I was really looking forward to the BB but 2020s were delayed due to COVID so I ended up with CW FK8 which I love as much as the BB. It matches my M3P :-P

Not bad for a near-octogenarian man, lol. This car is the total opposite of my TLX. Only have less than 2,000 miles on it. This car could get you in quick trouble real fast lol.

I do like my RDX, but I really think the TLX, especially the Type S is a better looking vehicle!
The TLX in Aspec form is hands down a better looking vehicle than the RDX both inside and out. Where my 2019 RDX Advance went pretty much unnoticed by my friend group my 2021 TLX Aspec gets raves from many of them. Folks just like the look of that vehicle. I have never owned a car that attracts such favorable attention.

Elin, lol. I think he means well, but something is a little off with his assessment of Acura, the forum and competition. Like women say when they see an ugly duckling for the 1st time. Awwwe, Bless his heart. 🤣

Everyone please keep in mind that AcuraZine is for car enthusiasts and not just for Acura fans.

The moderators within this forum will not tolerate any hate or negative comments towards another user. We all have differing opinions so keep that in mind when discussing your views. @ELIN had a negative experience with Acura for one reason or another but was very clear as to what he expected compared to what he got. Whether you disagree with him voicing that is on you.

Please be civil. I will start removing posts and/or locking threads if needed.

Yes, he did not get what he wanted and moved on and I don't have a problem with that. But to keep on coming here and complaining about other issues that are not problems, like parking, u-turns, space, backup camera, gas mileage, touchpad, etc. I and many others here don't have a problem with it. I kind of speak how I feel sometimes, guess with being in this world a long time and seen all kinds of stuff, good and bad. I will not attack a person but will continue to post when it BS.

You are too civilized. Booting offenders off the forum will give more incentives to members to behave.

"First time warning, 2nd time bye" is often executed by mods in other Acurazine sub-forums.

This is fine. There are other moderators who are asked to do that. If something gets out of hand a discussion will be had within the moderator community and if necessary action will be taken. However, nothing that I’ve seen so far has called for more strict action and I hope we keep it that way.

That’s fine. We won’t always agree with each other for one reason or another and calling out someone for misinformation isn’t wrong. It’s personal attacks that won’t be tolerated.
