When using android auto, I have noticed the music doesn't display correctly on the right screen. Has anyone got this to work correctly in Android auto. It works correctly in the regular Acura interface and I have also heard it works correctly with Apple car play (Please confirm) and displays the music correctly. I talked to the dealership and they said everything is up to date and according to the Acura Tech Services, they said it should show correctly. I am having them escalate to figure it out.

2024 TLX A-Spec SH-AWD in Majestic Black here, and I can confirm that with Apple Carplay (wireless and wired for that matter) the music correctly displays on the right side of the screen.
I need to check, but I want to say that I've gotten music to display, for Spotify, especially if I start Spotify on the left, then move to the right. The next time I'm driving I'll check and report back.
P.S. I only use Spotify for music with Android Auto in the car.

Yeah, I only use Spotify as well, but just to troubleshoot, I tried Pandora and it was the same display issue.
If you use bluetooth audio instead of Android Auto, then spotify will showusic properly.
But with Android Auto I also have not gotten it to work with the Acura splitscreen either. Works fine with touch models like Integra (and probably fine on ZDX and 25 mdx) as they use Android's splitscreen, bit the truetouch with an Acura splitscreen doesn't seem to be supported.
The AAwireless dongle is beta-testing an Android Auto over Carplay protocol and that might work, but I have their gen1 hardware which doesn't work with it, if any Gen2 AAwireless users want to try I'm curious how it ends up.
CarPlay will show music data in the small right screen but will not show navigation prompts on the gauge cluster/heads up display.

This is how it worked in my 21 advance and now my 23 type s.
That's one thing acura did touch up with the 2024 models, the navigation prompts from apple carplay display on the small right screen and in the gauge cluster (presumably HUD too not sure as I have a 24 A-Spec and my dealer don't give out Type-S loaners though they have none in stock right now anyway lol)

Here is (not very good picture) but Acura Nav on the left, Spotify on the right. Unfortunately, due to Android Auto and only being able to have one main screen active for it,
i.e. Spotify, Google maps, Waze, it is not possible to split AA, with say GMaps on one side and Spotify on the other.
