When I connect android auto, it says loading on the screen and won't load. Does anyone know the solution? BTW I am using motorola ma1.

 

My guess it's the phone. But to ensure nothing else is causing issues, clear all Bluetooth items from both your phone and car. Delete and re add anDroid auto to your phone, and try again.

 

Every single time I've had issues with my iPhone 6S+ or 13 Pro Max and Carplay was ALWAYS I.O.S. update related. I had to search the Carplay forums to see if there was a temp work around or success for my specific smartphone after I.O.S. update X.Y.Z. I ended up just connecting with Bluetooth until the I.O.S. fix comes out weeks/months later (I have Acuralink as a back-up to Carplay).
