Struts Replacement

Looking to see what people have done for strut replacements on their TLX. I took my TLX in for an alignment today and the tech had noted my driver side front strut is likely slightly bent causing an alignment issues that they can't correct.

As a result, I'm looking to see what options are out there - there's always stock OEM of course, but looking to see if there's any aftermarket options out there that people have used and can give their opinion on.

My car is a 2018 ASpec Elite (what you Americans would call the Advance model) with the V6 and SHAWD.

Not looking to lower or anything like that. Stock height is fine with me. Not planning on ripping my TLX around a track or anything. Mostly driving like a grandpa around town and highway driving for me.

There is also a brand named Stabilus that has an extensive selection of lift struts so seek them out with a web search or on Amazon. You can get some struts a bit less expensive but I had good luck with them on my 21-year old Porsche.

From my research I found that KYBs are close to OEM, you can find coils from any OEM parts dealers online, and other hardware online as well - Rockauto has good prices and everythings well explained on site. You should be able to find struts + coil for under $200. +u gotta worry about putting them together.

I'm trying to switch my 16 TLX Tech to stock ride height and quality and lemme tell you, finding affordale parts is an uphill battle. 4 shocks are gonna costs me around $500-600 before assembly. If anyone has any ideas or experience, PLEASE reply (˃̣̣̥ᯅ˂̣̣̥)
