TLX rear brakes help

Hi, I'm trying to install new rear pads on my v6 tlx tech with electric parking brake. I can't close the caliper all the way? What's the trick???? Please help!

A tool is needed to command the EPB (electric parking brake) to "released" so that the rear calipers can be serviced. Has anyone been using such a tool? Any recommendations? See example
