I was determined to find my rear deck rattle. Using a signal generator on my phone and connected to the car via Bluetooth, I tried all different frequencies and found that my rear deck rattled most at 46 Hz at -7 dB
After searching all afternoon, I found the rattle right where the red arrow is pointing (driver's side). Pushing down on the rear deck I could feel the rattle.
There was no way to access that area from the trunk so I decided to remove the rear deck and pin-pointed the rattle to the Tuner Assembly. Sorry I didn't take pictures of how to remove the rear deck.
The tuner is only secured down on 2 corners but the other 2 corners are free. This causes it to rattle like crazy but when I pressed on it the rattle disappeared.
Simple fix:
1) Loosen the 2 bolts securing the tuner and affix 2 strips of self adhesive felt to the underside of 1 corner, 1 strip is adhered to the car and the other adhered to the Tuner Assembly (in case it needs to be removed later). Re-tighten the 2 bolts.
2) Also affix 2 strips to the top of the Tuner so the rear deck doesn't rattle against it when re-installed.
WARNING The tuner does get hot when in use, don't just shove a sock underneath it or cover it. The holes are there for a reason.
