Passenger window stuck down

So one day on my 2015 TLX the passenger front window just rolled down, didn’t fall…now it won’t go up no matter what I’ve tried

I disconnected the battery for about 10 min
pulled both fuses and tried it
changed the regulator and master switch

after changing the master switch both mirrors started acting wonky whichever they are switched to left or right the glass gets stuck pointing straight down. I can force it with the switch back to the correct position but it just reverts immediately

so I’m assuming something is wrong with the wiring on the drivers side or the computer has a malfunction

I tried messing with the switches with the door open/closed but it didn’t seem to have an effect. I also checked all the wiring in the door panels and hinges to the best of my abilities

any ideas on where to go next I couldn’t find anyone who was suffering from a similar issue

luckily I park in garage at my house and work but I need to get it fixed and I’m feeling at a loss at this point

This is a long shot but try replacing the batteries in your key fob. When weak, they have been known to cause weird behavior. If you have a choice on brand name, get Energizer. If you have to get Duracell, be aware that they have a bitter coating on one side to make them less tasty to children. That coating needs to be removed with something like emery cloth or a pencil eraser.
