There are previous threads dealing with this exact same issue on the 2015 TLX. Paint is peeling by the back roof window. Acura issued service bulletin 19-033 extended the warranty to 8 years with no mileage limits for 2015 TLX with fathom or obsidian blue paint. My car would fall within these guidelines if the SB applied to 2016 model year. The pictures on page 5 of this SB could be from my TLX. I approached my dealer about fixing the problem - said no. Acura customer service said no.

Has anyone else had this problem with a 2016 TLX? Any recommendations on next steps? Right now it appears my next car will not be an Acura.

Same issue on my 2018 A-Spec with Still Night Blue Pearl. It's peeling right in the channel between the rear window and roof. Went to my dealer on Monday but the Body shop manager is on vacation, will have to wait 2 weeks.

Acura refused my request as well. I decided to visit a body shop for an estimate last week, the guy quoted me the same price as Acura but after further inspection.... he noticed rust forming underneath the glass and refused to do the work.
I mean, there is a reason why Acura/Honda discontinued production of Still Night Blue Pearl....

Anyways, it breaks my heart as this was the best car I ever had, and I took care of it meticulously. I just don't want to deal with a problematic paint so I decided to put it up for sale and it sold over the weekend.
