Minor annoyance

Yesterday, the wind-chill in NYC was -17*
Car was warm, because of my indoor garage; while driving, there was a cold draft
coming into the car, from somewhere
there was plenty of heat, & seat warmth, but anyone know where the drafts come from?
All the windows & sunroof, were tightly shut
Thoughts?

Was it a draft or just the air against the windows cooling down very quickly and radiating into the car? Cold doesn't really "radiate" but you know what I mean .
