So an update, I call at 7 an was told to go ahead and drive the car in. I did so, and have never been treated so poorly in my life!! The service writer said it sounded normal! He said it's just a different kind of car, I told him don't give me that BS it's a brand new car and this is NOT NORMAL!! He finally took it back to have it looked at, and per my request to not have another ILX as a loaner as I meantioned in another post, they gave me an MDX. They will keep the car overnight tonight and try to reproduce the sound.
