I had an oil pump and timing chain job done 4 months ago on my 2015 TLX and ever since then my LKAS, Crash sensor, and Lane departure lights are on the dash. Everytime I try to activate lane departure its says incomplete. The notable shop that did the job spent weeks trying to figure it out but couldn’t (they refunded me for the timing) I took it to the dealer several times and they can’t resolve it neither. I tried many things like buying new battery, changing fuses, unplugging the windshield camera and cleaning it. Everything worked fine up until the oil pump and timing chain job I just bought the car 6 months ago. Dealer said the windshield camera needed to be recalibrated they tried several times but some reason that didn’t work. The car drives fine but having 3 bright yellow lights on my dash is annoying af. These are the 3 codes they gave me B2A60-54, U0155-00, U3006-16

it could be something obscure like one of the blade fuses, they do not look like the ones you get at Autozone...had random issues on my 11 MDX when it was one of the 125A blade fuses

 

Thanks for your reply, we tried replacing several fuses under the dash and the hood. As well as the multi fuse block still no luck.
