FCW warning twice

FCW warning twice

Has anyone keep getting this warning message and the dealership said nothing wrong with the sensor? I got this twice now. First time this happened, I got the FCW, LKAS and LDW warning light came on. Brought it in and they said nothing is wrong, and blaming my dashcam causing the issue. My dashcam is mounted roughly 3-4 inches away from the LKAS sensor. The message appeared again last night. Any tips guys? The car is 16' TLX i4 Tech.

Mine has been doing this sporadically since I bought the car over 3 years ago. The other day it slammed the brakes and the ABS started pulsing as I was coming towards a car in front of me even though I wasn't in any danger of hitting it. As it pulled away, the braking kept going and I had to wait for it to finish convulsing to continue accelerating. It's that kind of thrill. False warnings are fairly common for me, although the car slamming the brakes unnecessarily is extremely rare.

Ah, ok so it is "normal" lol. Thanks Rocketsfan. Mine been throwing the warning 3 times now within a week but never did since I bought the car until now. How can you tell if the error is real then?

Mine often does it as I'm crossing a specific railroad track for some reason (but not always). It warns me sometimes when I back up out of my garage, as well. If yours just started, and it's annoying, I would take it to the dealer if you're concerned about it.

Mine just a sms message telling me those features "might" fail. But the last time it happened, I noticed my FCW don't work under "normal" distant setting. I tried and set it on "long" and it working fine. I ended up contact Acura Relation, for other reason as well. Lets see what they gonna do.

I get the FCW almost every day for no reason. I can be pulling into the parking lot at work with no cars around and get the BRAKE warning. Cars can be 3 car lengths ahead of me and I get the warning
This is almost as bad as the fantastic rain sensing wipers that go off on a sunny day or run at high speed when there is a drizzle.
The dealer said they cant do anything unless they can recreate it.

I get that Brake warning on my dash pretty often, but not often enough when I am at the dealership trying to show them what happened lol. That message on the dashboard doesn't bother me much but the text message is what I want to get resolve. I emailed Acura relation and they pretty much tell me if there is no error code on the ecu then it aint happening. Another word is telling me to go away. I chat with a service rep at Acura relation and he said he will forward my issues to the service manager.
