no way it's the relay, it's one of the turn signal bulbs which are dual filament and one of them failed. Take out the bulbs and closely examine them on the left side (front and rear)

 

From the front, the diode turn signal on the mirror is also diodes, and the incandescent light bulb was changed from behind. even completely changed the lanterns in places, everything is the same
