I have a 2019 TLX A-Spec 4 Cyl. I’ve had random electrical issues almost since I got it brand new in April 2019. I’ve replaced the battery 4 times now! Recently, my car started turning on all of the dash lights and headlights after I turn off my car. So, I keep having to unhook my battery to preserve it. I took it into Acura after it killed 2 batteries in less than 48 hours. They had it for almost a week, it wouldn’t pull any codes, showed no parasitic draws, and never died on them. I got it back and a couple days later the lights started coming on again. I took it back yesterday. There was an error of ‘Keyless Start System Problem’. They were able to finally pull a code saying I needed to replace my Keyless Control Unit. I’ve been doing a lot of searching lately, and have seen that issues with the BCM fit basically every issue I’ve experienced since I’ve had my car. Doors locking and unlocking themselves, mirrors and seats not saving memory, blower motor issues, window intermittently won’t stay up when auto rolled, parking sensor system failure, apple car play intermittently disconnects, keyless entry issues, and I’m sure there are more that I’m forgetting! Acura wants $1300 to replace my Keyless Control Unit, however, I’m concerned that the code showing that is bad is really just a symptom of my BCM being bad and that there is actually nothing wrong with my keyless control unit. Is that possible? I believe the BCM controls that unit. I’m concerned about spending $1300 to replace that unit, only to have to later replace the BCM too. And finding out that the keyless control unit was fine all along. Any thoughts or ideas on diagnosing a bad BCM? I know it’s a rare issue these TLX’s, but I have seen it mentioned on other forums. I’ve thought about asking them to reset the BCM to see if that fixes the issue, but I don’t know if that’s a waste of time or not. Help!

Does any of the Acura dealer diagnostic paperwork indicate a specific part number or other descriptive label for the 'Keyless Control Unit'?
That way you can see the actual unit cost & also get an idea of the incorporated 'labor' charge built into that $1,300 they want to hit you up with.
It (the Keyless Control Unit) may also be displayed in another 'Category' other than the one shown below, the specific unit part number is always better to have.
I apologize, but when I google search 38320T24A31 and plug it into the above OEM parts webpage it does not register?
What is the descriptive label on the paperwork or can you take a picture of the area of the invoice only showing this information?
Even DreamShop shows no result.
